A good user experience, complemented by appealing visual design, can make parents feel welcome and confident.

• First Section of the Website: Attach good hero sections with good copy to entice the user to explore the website further. This carousel with 5-7 images showcasing results overwhelms the user with too much information.

Showcase the results at the right place. Seeing this as the very first element in the website isn’t needed.

• Confusing website with many buttons: Too many buttons can lead to a bad user experience. Parents may become confused when they see five buttons in one place. To keep the interface clean and avoid confusion, focus on one action and make it clear what you want the user to do.
